Coma is set in a world that is almost entirely created with CGI. Viktor is rescued by a group of strangely dressed fighters that includes Fly Lyubov Aksyonova who explains where he is. Escher world around him is the result of the intermingling of the memories of everyone else who is in a coma. He can develop his abilities to the level of a superpower. But what abilities might an architect have?
She also hears the organs being auctioned off to the highest bidder and some of the money is being kicked back to Dr. Susan then goes to Dr. Harris and tells him everything. While talking to Dr. Harris, she figures out that the Dr. George Harris, whom she is talking to. Harris then drugs Susan, making it look like she is having appendicitis.
Harris tells the surgical team, including Mark, that he will be performing the surgery himself. But another nightmarish encounter with the shadow man causes her to up and leave. She looks for Zoe in a club and faints there. Jeremy follows her, finds her and brings Sarah back to his place. Sarah sees Jeremy kissing her in the dream. She also notices a scene where both Jeremy and Sarah have fangs and are laughing. Later she discloses what Jeremy saw in his dream, and the two have sex when Sarah sees two shadow men and goes unconscious.
Jeremy rushes Sarah to a hospital, but she sleep-walks out of that place. Unable to wake Sarah up, Jeremy calls his coworker Anita and asks her to come with a portable dream viewer.
They plug Sarah in, follow her, and observe the device as she walks into a labyrinth-like passage filled with shadow men. Remember, Sarah is missing her phone, indicating her mind is further getting lost. Just as Sarah is about to enter a contraption in the dream and is lost forever, Jeremy finds her phone and picks up an incoming call. The outside world reestablishes contact with Sarah via Jeremy.
As a result, Sarah snaps out of her sleep-walking state and drops to her knees. This feels like a message from the outside world to ask Sarah to keep breathing and not give up.

Its presentation of a reality bending dream world, is a little hard on the synapses, until you become accustomed to its quirky nuances. That said, its convincing back story, decent characterisations and sustained action, mark this film out, as a worthwhile watch.
It has a very subtle "hint" rather than twist in the end too, that adds a further note of reality questioning discordance, that's quite effective. Somewhere I wrote that if you want to force a high rating and compare the Russian science-ficion movies of today, with «Solaris» or «Stalker», you'd better open your Tarkovskian Bibles and watch another channel, because «Koma» is a lively commercial adventure show, with good visual effects and unknown faces, at least for to me, except for the leading actor, Rinal Mukhametov, who stood out as the alien in the awesome «Attraction» First film by a visual effects creator Nikita Argunov, this time Mukhametov is an architect who, after a grim job interview with the suspicious New Life Foundation, suffers an accident induced, perhaps and, in a coma, enters a world where several comatose persons' memories coincide and cohabit.
Soon he is rescued by a group of guerrillas, whose leader needs him to design a paradisiacal island for all those who have entered this universe, without the threat of the fearsome Reapers. It is justified, because it sounds like Hollywood pastiche Good Movie. Everybody acted well in the movie. The movie was interesting and thrilling at 1st half. The movie was not interesting and thrilling at 2nd half.
Abdulxoxo 5 September Considering it's budget, it's good. The CGI is out of this world. Really well done. The storyline is fairly interesting to keep you engaged. The music is not bad too. Acting is fine. But i think it's unnecessarily long, the story could have been told in a short screen time. I was a bit bored. Too much explanation. All in all it's a good sci fi movie to watch if you don't have anything interesting to do or watch. Coma is one of the most gorgeous movies ever made, and this is coming from someone who finds CGI-studded Hollywood sci-fi action movies hard to resist.
The film has some of the most picturesque visuals I've personally ever seen. I'm glad I rented this, and although the Hindi dub was pretty average, the story itself was so immersive that one thing didn't bother me after a point of time.
Performance wise, this film has some great work done by the actors due to which the characters end up memorable. While the real story remains shrouded in mystery during the first half, the second reveals a fantastic twist without getting derailed.
Plus, it's action-packed to the brim, and from the very beginning itself. Again, the visual effects make this film what it truly is and I hardly remember a single shot where I didn't exclaim "wow". One could easily mistake this as a mere CGI spectacle, but the whole universe and conceptualization of Coma are the reasons that doesn't happen. Not in my case at least. If you enjoy sci-fi action films, Coma deserves a chance as well.
Something tells me I might want to collect and watch the film once again in the future, albeit in the original language now. Good science fiction thriller.
Mind jiggling story. Though theory of Coma is unbelievable, the presentation is trustful and makes you to believe. Acting side is just okay. You do not expect good acting in such pact story with thrill, action and suspense. This Russian movie seems inspired by ' The Source Code' movie.
